3/01/03 - Check out our new Audio Video section we've just added, complete with a streaming link to our music video! The video (for the song Tigerlily) was shot quite some time ago with a couple former members of the band. We were just finally able to find a quality host for it so we thought why not share it. Congrats to Chuck on his marriage, and watch for future tour dates soon!

12/12/02 - Video stills and pics were added of our performance on the Urban Theatre WB Channel 14. Amazing how many people caught that episode! We're still getting recognized from that around town. Special thanks to our friend Scott Majerus of Murdercats fame for filling in on vocals and to the man himself, Jon Urban, for having us (very funny guy). Also thanks to everyone who voted for us on thedailypage website for their annual Band 2 Band Combat. Congrats to our friends the Northern Pines Band for winning the event.
Back from Canada!
12/09/02 - Canada Aeh! Unfortunately the new album has been delayed once again. Between our producers pro tools crashing his cpu and shows all the way to the town of Terrace, B.C. (north of Vancouver), we once again have taken a month off of adding to the website. Frustrating, but easily fixed by our witnessing of Incubus play in our hometown. Still, sorry for the cancellation of our show at the New Loft Center on Dec 7th, we really hate doing that. I never thought I'd be playing funk and r&b grooves 2000 miles from home for 5 weeks, but that's what adventures all about. I'll try and post a pic from my drunken debaucherys very soon (we each had our own hotel rooms).

10/15/02 - Today we recieved word that the TNT show Witchblade was being cancelled, bummer since our songs 'glass' and 'molly' were picked for possible inclusion for next seasons episodes, but in happier news we recieved a new sticker design this week and will be giving them away at upcoming shows. Check out the shows section for the design. Help us spread the almighty word of Stumblerun!

10/07/02 - Hey fans, what can we say?! This time we'll be playing the Urban Theatre on WB Channel 14 , to be broadcast Sat Oct 26th at 10:00pm.
Stumblerun featured on MidwestBands Compilation CD
9/26/02 - Our single "Molly" was featured on a compilation CD pressed by MidwestBands.com. The album features some of the best alt rock talent the Midwest has to offer, so defiantly get over to their site and listen to some of the artists.

9/15/02 - Okay, September is officially our "Get Album Done' month, so we won't be booking any shows until October, but we have some big surprises in store. Without giving away too much, lets just say this crappy website is getting replaced with something a hell of a lot better, (hey, I haven't had the time to get to it until now), along with our CD release party for the new album, and more TV and Radio appearances along with the usual club and campus dates. Rock on!
Stumblerun back on television!
9/10/02 - For those of you who watch the early news on Channel 27 in our very own hometown of Madison, Wi, Stumblerun was featured on Fri Aug 30th sometime between 5 and 7am. We didn't know about it until someone came into Tonys work and said "You look familiar, were you on the news today?" Turns out they played our music and showed pictures of us in a segment. We'll try and obtain a video transcript to post some pics. We also found out that our song "Glass" was one of 300 songs selected out of 9000 submissions for possible inclusion in the TNT national television show "Witchblade". More info on this as your favorite drummer receives it!

8/25/02 - Hey Y'all!! Stumblerun was selected at the last minute to play the Midwest Music Conference in Lexington, KY in addition to our music video being showcased on that Saturday. So we loaded up the van and took the 8 1/2 hour drive. Thanks to my roommate Mark (bass player for Milwaukee's finest The Flares) we had a bass player that night (Tony had to work) We played a HUGE place called Club A1A in Lexington, KY on Thu Aug 22nd. A slow turnout but fun none the less, and we have a new drunken hotel room story for you inquiring minds out there. Check out the picture of Chuck singing karaoke next door to the club in our pics section along with a write up of us in the U of Kentucky college newspaper in our shows section.
Stumblerun live radio interview
8/10/02 - WJJO 94.1 FM is featuring us on the Sunday Night Local Stage with Susan Messino on Aug 18th at 7pm to celebrate the debut of exclusive new tracks from our upcoming album. Thanks to everyone who came out to see us at the Warp Tour in Milwaukee (sorry about the lack of backstage passes!). Meeting Wee-Man from MTVs Jackass and hanging with Sugarcult was definatlly the highlight of my summer. Not to mention the fact that Fat Mike from NOFX drove a mini-motorbike on stage while we played! (You'll have to see the video). We'll post pictures on the Pics section as soon as we get them back.
Stumblerun music video selected for showcase!
7/22/02 - Stumblerun's music video for the track "Tigerlily" was selected to be showcased by the Midwest Music Conference in Lexington, KY on Sat, Aug 24th. Darren Doane, the man behind such videos for Blink 182 and Jimmy Eat World will be the presenter, along with keynote speaker Pat DiNizio (singer for The Smithereens). We were gonna post the video here on the site, but it's currently 44 megs, so we're in the process of converting it. Check out the official site for more info: www.midwestmusicconference.net
Vans Warp Tour here we come!
6/30/02 - We just found out that we were selected by Ernie Ball Guitars to play the Vans Warp Tour at the Marcus Amplitheatre in Milwaukee on Wed July 24th. Time is early (12:30ish) for the all day event .We'll be on the Ernie Ball stage. MxPx, New Found Glory and The Mighty Bosstones are among the headliners. All unsigned bands are also competing in a contest so be sure to vote for us at the link http://battle.ernieball.com/bb6 See you there!
In the studio at last!
5/02/02 - Stumblerun will be spending lots of time at MMI in Madison to record our follow up album to "Minutes". We know you'll love the twelve or so rockin' songs we've written for it so be sure to check our front page often for new info when it comes out.

4/16/02 - Stumblerun will be playing the Dry Bean saloon in Madison on May 5th between 3 and 4pm along with Know Boundries, Hotdish, Crest and a host of other bands for this all day event to benefit the March of Dimes. More info and the flyer are available on our show section. Come support a good cause!
Stumblerun to appear on "Worth Watching" TV Show
3/11/02 - We'll be playing a live set on WYOU (Ch.4) public access television this upcoming Monday at 8:00pm, to be followed by an interview by Denis Faucet, host of "Worth Watching".
Stumblerun conquers Madison radio!
2/12/02 - We have just received word that Stumblerun is the new reigning champion of the Tuesday Night Fights on 92.1 WMAD Radio in Madison. The band defeated a 4-week champion to become the current rulers of the local weekly radio show. Be sure to tune in at 8pm and call 608 281 0921 next Tuesday (the 19th) after they play our song to vote for us!
Stumblerun featured on WJJO
01/06/02 - Stumblerun was featured on 94.1 WJJO's local stage talent show! The song "Last Night I Dreamt of Paris" from Stumblerun's latest release "Minutes" was featured. Look forward to hearing more Stumblerun music on regional radio stations.
Stumblerun plays for A & R at Cafe Montmartre
From our first press release :
10/10/01 - Stumblerun cranked out a blistering 30 minute set for Maverick Record Execs and others at the Cafe Montmartre in Madison, WI. Other bands featured were Sacramento, California's Ibucho!, Minneapolis band Industrial Honey and Madisons very own Damian Norman, with Ibucho! winning a slot to open for hot newcomer Michelle Branch. The show was a great success for the band as they have told stumblerun.com that this was "the kind of exposure we were looking for". Stumblerun is currently planning tour dates in support of their upcoming "Minutes" LP.
